Due to the COVID-19 developments and after lengthy and thoughtful considerations, the Dutch local organizing Committee and the Board of the European Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry have decided to postpone the 19th International Congress of ESCAP, scheduled to take place from 27 – 29 June 2021. The new dates for the 19th International Congress of ESCAP will be 19 – 21 June 2022.
We extend our best wishes to all of you in this complex and challenging time. We regret not having the opportunity to see each of you in person in 2021, but look forward to gathering again in 2022! Meanwhile, ESCAP are organising a virtual event in 2021, check it out for more information.
The official congress website will be online soon and be regularly updated with information about the postponement, new deadlines and other important information.
The 2022 ESCAP Congress will still be held in Maastricht - in the south of The Netherlands, close to the German and Belgian borders - under the responsibility of the Dutch ESCAP member: the child and adolescent faculty of the NVvP, the Dutch Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The ESCAP 2022 Congress theme in Maastricht will be: ‘Networks in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry’.
