The 2025 Research Academy meeting of the European Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (ESCAP) will take place in Strasbourg, France from 27th to 28th of June 2025, prior to the ESCAP Main Congress. More details will follow in due course

The aims of our annual meetings are to promote research excellence and collaborative work among early career clinician-scientists in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry (CAP). The ESCAP Research Academy wishes to support early careers by promoting training, encouraging collaborations and by providing a forum to share experiences with senior world leading researchers in psychiatry. Registration for the Research Academy is free. Delegates will have to cover their travel and accommodation expenses.

This 2-day meeting will be chaired by two clinician-scientists, Paul Klauser and Alexis Revet. Attendees are asked to collaborate within a network after the meeting to tackle a research question at the European level (see some examples here: Revet et al. Eur Child Adolesc Psychiatr 2018; Barrett et al. Eur Child Adolesc Psychiatr 2020; Revet et al. Eur Child Adolesc Psychiatry 2021a ; Revet et al. Eur Child Adolesc Psychiatry 2021b).
