Alexis Revet, MD, PhD

Alexis Revet is Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Toulouse University Hospital and Toulouse-III Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, France. He is a specialist in the field of psychotrauma and bereavement in children and adolescents, as well as in child and adolescent psychiatric epidemiology and pharmaco-epidemiology (in the following research unit: CERPOP, UMR 1295, Inserm, Toulouse III — Paul Sabatier University, Toulouse, France).

Since 2017, he has coordinated the organization of the ESCAP Research Academy biennial meetings with Prof. Paul Klauser and under the leadership of Prof. Johannes Hebebrand, as well as the implementation of several research projects involving the Research Academy (https://www.escap.eu/research-academy/publications). He is convinced of the importance of this type of international initiative and organization in fostering the training of clinician-researchers in child and adolescent psychiatry, promoting MD-PhD curricula, encouraging the implementation of translational research projects, as well as exchanges on a European and international scale.
