Travel grant for Ukrainian participants

For the ESCAP Congress of 2023 in Copenhagen the German Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (DGKJP) are offering two travel grants of 1500 euros each for participants from Ukraine. 

To be eligible for this travel grant you: 

  • Have a Ukrainian citizenship
  • Have an affiliation with a Ukrainian Hospital/University
  • Have an accepted abstract for the ESCAP2023 conference
  • Plan to participate in the entire congress

HOW TO APPLY?

Applications can be submitted to the ESCAP 2023 committee until 24th of March by sending an email to: anna.hansen@rn.dk

Your application should include:

  1. Documentation of Ukrainian citizenship
  2. Your curriculum vitae (CV) including:
    - First name(s)
    - Surname
    - Address
    - E-mail
    - Nationality
    - Current location of Employment
    - Educational background
  3. The abstract you have submitted to the ESCAP congress 2023 including the acceptance letter from the ESCAP congress 2023. 

 

ESCAP Scholarships for residents/trainees

For the ESCAP Congress of 2023 in Copenhagen, residents in psychiatry/child and adolescent psychiatry are given the opportunity to apply for a scholarship for the congress. The scholarship includes free access to the congress, so you do not have to pay the congress fee for participating. The scholarships are provided by the Danish Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP-DK).

By making scholarships available for young professionals, we hope to contribute to your career in the field of psychiatry. Please make sure you meet all the requirements in order to apply for the scholarship.

To be eligible for this scholarship you:

  • Are a resident in Psychiatry or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry AND
  • Are a resident of one of the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belorussia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic
  • Have an accepted abstract for the ESCAP2023 conference
  • Participate in the entire congress

There are a limited number of scholarships available. Selection will be based on the application. All applicants will receive an answer no later than the 29th of March, prior to the early bird deadline for registration.

Describe how attending ESCAP 2023 would help you in your career and your short and long term goals regarding your career in the child and adolescent psychiatry. 

2. Your curriculum vitae (CV) including:
