The ESCAP Research Academy 2015 workshop in Madrid coincided with the EFPT Forum in Porto (European Federation of Psychiatric Trainees). Professor Norman Sartorius lectured at both events. Between his lectures at Porto and Madrid, he looked back on the training of practical skills for young psychiatrists at the EFPT Forum.
